Corporate Stays

We often have the pleasure of serving corporate guests at the Thorwood Condos. We have amenities in line with longer stays and hope that whatever your business needs might be, we can accommodate. We can also accommodate corporate guests at the Rosewood Inn for shorter than a week stays and amenities there include breakfast daily.

Imagine a place where time stands still for you and your friends and you surround yourself in luxury - gourmet kitchen, private elevator, patio with grill, five fireplaces, whirlpool bath, eight individual beds. See bed chart below. You can even spill into the Penthouse condo if you need more room (two more bedrooms) another full kitchen, solarium and another patio and grill.

Workspace: Then create in workspace with practical amenities. Full bath attached to workspace, beverage refrigerator, easy access from cars and elevator to common areas and bedrooms.

Hastings is perfect location for time away too. Only 30 minutes from Twin Cities, it is a river town with front porch hospitality. Thorwood sits just a block from the bluff of the Mississippi and only four blocks to historic downtown with delightful cafes and restaurants tucked in among antique shops, chocolate shop, pottery and a delightful toy store –Second Childhood!

Rates and policies:

$800 for Friday and Saturday nights (2 night minimum). That’s just $50 per guest per night based on 8. Can add Thurs and/or Sun night for $27 each night (5 minimum each night). Also if your group is more than 8, ask about adding the Penthouse rental.

(Week night rentals, Monday-Wednesday are $27 per person per night with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 8. Two night minimum )

Payment and Refund Policy:

A $400.00 deposit will hold your choice of dates for your retreat. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your visit. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Master and Discover

Refunds:

If you need to change your retreat dates, a 90 day notice entitles you to a full refund, with a 45 day notice your deposit will be applied to a future available date, and less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Retreat Hours: 

Friday check in as early as noon, Sunday check out as late as 5pm..

SAME TIME NEXT YEAR:

You have up until two weeks after your stay to decide if you want to book the same time next year at the same rate.

BROWNIE POINTS:

Earn "brownie" points at sister inn, Classic Rosewood! For every stay at Thorwood Scrapbook Inn, each guest earns $25 voucher toward a future stay at Rosewood.

work room can be converted to bedroom with Queen bed. En suite bathroom has shower.
We are flexible too and parlor space can be onverted into craft room for larger groups or groups with more "stuff" and can sleep up to 10.
Rate is $950 for this option with fourth bedroom and craft room in first floor space.   . .
